The 4th Annual Grow Your Dreams Conference

April 8, 2017-Virginia Beach, VA I sat on a business panel with five other entrepreneurs, coaches and authors. Everyone was most impressed with a 9-year-old entrepreneur who attended the conference for the second year in a row with his notebook and pen taking notes, and his very mature questions.

His name is Ellis and he's looking for sponsors to support his business dream. You can learn more about him on his page.

Having a mentor for various areas of your life is crucial. That's what parents are. They mentor, hopefully, and train us for adulthood. They're only given the first 20% or less of our lives to guide us in full measure, and from then on we're responsible for finding our own mentors and coaches.

I'm a mentor and I have several mentors. I LOVE to connect with experts and learn from them. One of my mentors told me at the conference this past weekend, that I'm not only mentoring and coaching because of the deep heart and personal issues I address; that I'm actually counseling. What's interesting about this is that a few people have recently suggested I return to college to get a doctorate. I've always said if I ever did get a doctorate it would be in psychology.

I love The Grow Your Dreams Conference. It's served as a launching pad for greater things for me each of the three years I've been honored as a speaker. I expect even greater next year.

If you want to be launched into your next level, you have to go where the launching pad is. Launching pads don't come to you. I'm available, and the conference has opened early registration for 2018. Don't delay. Windows of opportunity close.

Pasco School District's 17th Enterprise Week 2016
TRAC
Pasco, WA

I designated the last two months of 2016 for volunteer work and to serve others. In November I gave my time and expertise to two clients in the form of daily mentoring sessions. Each were facing difficult situations and indicated their lives depended on taking authority, responsibility and doing whatever was necessary to make changes so they could get out of negative cycles once and for all.

I specialize in desperate situations and enjoy walking others out of them and into abundance. If you ever find yourself in what is a seemingly impossible circumstance, consider booking a session or at least schedule a call. You don't have to accept anything as "just a part of life," or "your lot." I facilitate change in lives and lots regularly.

Unless, of course, you want to just deal. I used to have that mindset, but I've decided I don't want to just deal ... I want to overcome and evelate consistently. You can, too. You can overcome anything - sickness, death, divorce, financial crisis, you name it. And I have supernatural strategies to help.

Last year - my first as a Company Advisor - my student employees won in two categories. This year's seniors won in 4!!! I'm so proud of them. Their elected CEO wasn't as capable as was implied, so everyone else stepped up, put in extra work and they prospered. I was thinking about how often that happens in business. The Theranos issue comes to mind immediately. And, Yahoo, too.

Also, this year's group of kids were much kinder and compliant. Which was wonderful.  All 1,000 of them, not just my group. In 2015 there were physical fights, arguments, disrespect of adults and each other was rampant. I enjoyed Enterprise Week 2016 even more than the first time around.

I've already received an email from one of the students, Michelle, requesting a Letter of Recommendation. She thanked me for an amazing experience and said she couldn't have had a better CA than me! That's pretty good feedback. Another student, Alex, asked me to sign his award certificates; he wanted it known who his CA was. That's big honor.

And once again I was highlighted before the school district and others in the community. One CA came up and shared that he'd been volunteering for six years but had never won with his student employees, and he acknowledged my efforts. Well ... the student employees do the work, I just give advice, information and resources. Enjoy the slideshow.

There's nothing better than reading in someone's own words how you impacted their life.

Today I'm sharing a recent testimonial I received from a client. Remember: we can take someone else's testimony and use it to construct a vision of what's also possible for us in the future. If it can happen for one, it can happen for us all.

If you're ready to start living the life of your dreams, schedule a call or book a package today.

Celebrating Debbie. She's an amazing friend, mentor and business owner. This woman networks supernaturally. She's genuine and she stops what she's doing to fully invest herself in the moments she has with you. It's quite awesome to behold and I hope to learn everything from her that I possibly can. I'm honored to know her.

P.S. The last pic is hilar. The man who was taking them for us was struggling trying to wrangle four wine-infused women into position. Hehehe.

Pasco School District's Enterprise Week 2015
TRAC
Pasco, WA

I had a wonderful week serving as a company advisor for 16 seniors from three different high schools. They formed a company and carried out six successful quarters to become division winners (850 students, 52 teams/companies) in two categories.

I had an amazing group of kids who worked so well together you'd think they'd all known each other beforehand. The first day was a little rocky, but after the shyness and awkwardness was overcome they received my wisdom where needed and got right to work. There were actually only 3.5 work days because of weather cancellations and my kiddos still came out as champions.

You know I'm proud of them because there are people who've volunteered with Enterprise for all 16 years it's been in existence whose companies haven't won anything and my mentees won two categories - 1st Place in Marketing, 2nd Place Overall -  my first year. Once a teacher, always a teacher.

I also received some awesome feedback from the students; it was hard not to cry. One of the young men, Kalob, said they learned more in that one week (less than) than in a whole year of school. That's simultaneously awesome and unfortunate. Another young man, Colby, commented that they only did so well because I was their advisor.

At the advisor celebration dinner there were no seats available for Z and I, so they had to make room and we were favored to have sat with the incoming district Superintendent. She said if I ever decided to return to teaching to give her my resume directly.

I was nominated - for some reason - to do table introductions and when I finished they were all gushing over me saying, "Give us your business cards," "Stay in touch," "We have to bring you back next year for sure." It's so funny I was nervous about what I'd say because I'd just met these folks 20 minutes prior and I needed to tell their names and businesses but when I got up I did fine. I asked Z if he could tell I was nervous and he said not at all, I seemed like a professional.

What a tremendous honor. Experiences such as this one almost make me want to return to public education. Almost.

Being fed in the teacher's lounge was excellent as always. There was everything you could want to snack all day from donuts to cheese and crackers to bagels and oatmeal. And all-you-could-drink tea, coffee, water and juice. That's one thing I'd forgotten about being a teacher is that we don't skimp on food in the lounge. The school lunches we were given outside of the lounge left much to be desired. Overall it was fabulous and I'm so blessed to have had the opportunity to represent Z Solves Problems in such a way.

We all have a warehouse of knowledge stored atop our shoulders. I know I sure do and I'm always filling it with more because I love to read, learn and grow. Some of the ways I get to share what I know is writing posts for this and my other blogs, speaking, teaching courses, mentoring and recording videos.

Another of my outlets for training others and sharing my wisdom is the Supernatural Success Mentee portal. I get to compose posts that are aimed toward success, business, breakthrough, deliverance and faith. Faith is important because it's a supernatural force that makes all things possible.

The Supernatural Success Mentee portal is a a wonderful option for anyone who wants focused mentoring but may not be able to afford a package at this time. It's also great for self-starters who need a little more than what's available for free.

Here's a snippet of a recent post:
"So many people need miracles. They need them in their personal lives, businesses, at school and in their careers. I know I do. Well, our brains can be trained to believe for and expect miracles, and it's very simple to do. Simple ... but not easy."

And another:
"Note words you use that get the most sales attention. Getting noticed is a great start, but conversion is always the end goal."

If you're ready to step up your success, join the portal today. If you need even more than that - you need someone to hold you accountable to your goals or to facilitate deliverance because you're stuck - book a package. This year is almost over, it would be foolish to continue spinning your wheels and not reach a new level.
