Clients book mentors and coaches because they want to start winning in an area of life they've previously been struggling - or to put it bluntly failing - in. They want the prize of abundant life.
Abundant life is your right. You should want it. There's wrong with wanting awesomeness on a regular basis. Matter of fact there's more wrong with average, mediocrity and status quo than working toward excellence and fulfillment. You have too much brain power (aka potential) to settle for less than.
There are roughly 5 weeks remaining in 2015. As you prepare for 2016, I challenge you to spend time journaling the following:
This is what's happening in my life right now. Then list the good, bad and ok.
This is what I need/want to happen in my life in 2016. Again make a list of goals. I recommend including a date, too, because if you have a written plan with a timeline, you have 90% chance of achieving what you've planned.
And if you need even more accountability than writing goals with a date, schedule a call today. I can have a supernatural solution for you in 15 minutes or less.
My kiddo (13.9 years old) loves pasta dishes so I taught him how to make this no-recipe quick and easy baked ziti. It's so simple, and fairly inexpensive, so he can feed himself, and impress friends, for years to come.
I boiled organic penne to our liking, drained, rinsed, added some evoo, salt and put it in a baking dish.
I browned organic grass-fed ground beef then added tomato sauce and spices - again to our liking. I put the sauce on top of the pasta and covered with shredded mozzarella.
I baked at 350 until the cheese was melted and served with salad and garlic bread.
Of course you can add or subtract anything you like to any steps if you decide to teach this to a beginning cook. I'm sharing this because as a teacher and mentor I always recommend putting systems in place where possible to simplify life. When you master an area, it operates smoothly and you can focus on other things.
Having more month than money is not the business. I lived that way for longer than I wanted and longer than necessary. I'm glad that I sought the wisdom I needed to break through into total provision.
Last week I spoke with a client who owes a $900 debt they can't pay immediately, but they need the service attached to the debt for work. That's a tough position to be in. I'm happy they shared the situation with me, though, because I had a simple and easy solution.
I asked, "Can you afford to send $15 a week to start paying it down? Many people will work with you when they see you putting forth consistent effort." The response was ... thinking ... then the light came on ... "I hadn't thought of that."
See. Simple and easy but they hadn't thought of that solution because they were only focused on what they didn't have. If your vision is lack-based, you'll always be behind and trying to catch up because that's exactly what LACK means. But if you enlarge your vision to focus on what you CAN do, you'll soar because you'll have received revelation of potential.
We all have a warehouse of knowledge stored atop our shoulders. I know I sure do and I'm always filling it with more because I love to read, learn and grow. Some of the ways I get to share what I know is writing posts for this and my other blogs, speaking, teaching courses, mentoring and recording videos.
Another of my outlets for training others and sharing my wisdom is the Supernatural Success Mentee portal. I get to compose posts that are aimed toward success, business, breakthrough, deliverance and faith. Faith is important because it's a supernatural force that makes all things possible.
The Supernatural Success Mentee portal is a a wonderful option for anyone who wants focused mentoring but may not be able to afford a package at this time. It's also great for self-starters who need a little more than what's available for free.
Here's a snippet of a recent post: "So many people need miracles. They need them in their personal lives, businesses, at school and in their careers. I know I do. Well, our brains can be trained to believe for and expect miracles, and it's very simple to do. Simple ... but not easy."
And another: "Note words you use that get the most sales attention. Getting noticed is a great start, but conversion is always the end goal."
If you're ready to step up your success, join the portal today. If you need even more than that - you need someone to hold you accountable to your goals or to facilitate deliverance because you're stuck - book a package. This year is almost over, it would be foolish to continue spinning your wheels and not reach a new level.
I did several hours of breakthrough sessions yesterday because people are in need. I want as many people as possible to finish this year encouraged and hopeful about what's available for 2016.
What's your plan of attack for when you need breakthrough? If you don't have one you'll stay stuck longer than necessary. I felt stuck for a while and decided at the end of October that was my last day of feeling stuck for this year so I made a plan for breakthrough. I put the plan into action immediately and even though it's only been a week I'm hype.
What I want you to realize is that YOU are responsible for your changing seasons. Just like I decided that I was going to take action to remedy my frustrations, you have to do the same when you feel stuck. It's not anyone else's job to move you forward.
As a mentor who facilitates breakthrough, I give the needed insight for clients to leave the valley and begin heading up the mountain, but they have to put the tools to work and move one foot in front of the other. They have to make up their minds to overcome. That's all it takes - decision and action - to shift a season from one of annoyance to one of victory. I'm a witness.
One of my mentors always says, "What you decide in your mind happens in time," and it's true in my life. First I meditate on what I want and then write the vision I see so that I can run toward. That's the plan part I mentioned earlier. It's really important to write the plan. One of my own sayings is, "If you haven't written it down, you don't really want it."
Are you a quitter? You may not want to admit it, but it's actually better if you do. Recognizing problems is the first step to solving them.
Let's look at it from another angle. Are you where you want to be in life? If not, do you have a written plan you're working to get there? Even if it's seemingly too big for someone like you go after it wholeheartedly.
Over the past week or so I've been focusing on attracting impossible realities (aka miracles) into my life. I've done this before, so it's not something new to me. What's new are the miracles I'm expecting this time around. Napoleon Hill said faith is the basis of all miracles and mysteries that can't be analyzed by the rules of science. I have big faith for miracles because I've experienced them before.
In December 2012 I boarded a 6 p.m. flight to Phoenix, Ariz. with only $50 in my pocket which was given to me by my ride to the airport. She asked, "Do you have any cash?" I told her the truth which was no, and she handed me a $50-dollar bill. How often do friends dropping you off at the airport hand you cash money? It was wild but a real blessing.
I booked a hotel online at 10 p.m. the night before after being handed $100 from a friend. I simply said, I'm going to Arizona tomorrow on a miracle mission and she asked, "Do you have everything you need?" I told her the truth which was no, and she handed me $100 cash. How awesome is that?! I actually looked for the hotel and had to leave the house after 9 p.m. to deposit the cash so I could book the room. So glad B of A gives immediate credit for cash. They have their issues, but sometimes they really come through.
When I arrived in Phoenix I texted my friend Sharon to check in. I didn't know how I'd get to the hotel and she suggested I take a taxi. It was $45. Remember the $50 I'd been given just 3 hours earlier? Imagine what would've happened without it.
I share this prove to you that the impossible can happen for you if you're willing to step out in faith. I move out in faith all of the time. I scare some people with the faith moves I make. Seriously. My mentor Patti has said to me more than once, by the time she believes for one impossible thing I've done for her life I'm already farther out in the water about to step out of the boat again.
If you've been a quitter in the past, I'd love to work with you and impart my walk-on-water faith into you. I'm not any different than you. I was born and raised in a small town that was only 50,000 people by the time I graduated high school. If a small-town girl like me can believe and experience the impossible, so can you. Let's get started.
One thing I've learned about networking to increase sales is that people want to see you. Yes, I've known this and I have allowed myself to be seen much more than when I started as an author four years ago, but I'm still not as comfortable as I need to be. I'm working on it, as you can tell. I'm getting out there and being seen and the definitive result is: YES, it increases book sales.
