Mo' Money

Most people love to hear about increasing their income, wealth transfer and the like. I do, too. But, I realize that increasing my income requires change and action. I have to do something.

I'm in the process of changing things around right now because I did some research recently and found strategies that I can put in place to bring me greater elevation in the days ahead. The supernatural strategies are my favorite ... those processes that bring me extraordinary success that can't always be explained based on my little bit of output. If you don't have or know how to access supernatural strategies for success I've written a library's worth of books that'll mentor you, or contact someone like myself who does have access to them.

The thing about change is if you see the opening to the future you desire, implement it right away. Don't say, "I'll do it eventually." Nine times out of 10 - unless you're a natural visionary - eventually becomes, "I wish I had." And, everyone knows that the longer you put things off the more difficult they become in your mind. And eventually they're so small a thought they disappear.

Learn to implement strategies learned immediately. It'll take time for you see results as it is, so if you put it off, your desired results are even farther away than when you were first motivated by the possibility the change will bring.

Increasing your income, success, etc. is possible for everyone, but you need all your guns firing at once. You have to be focused, motivated, serving and pressing forward toward your goal.

If you need help getting started, getting unstuck or receiving a supernatural strategy schedule a call today.

$15 Minimum Wage

I went to a local coffee shop this afternoon (17/5/2015) before I sat down to write some books and had an interesting encounter. The cashier incorrectly input the amount I gave her and became confused, and then proceeded to ask me what my change should be. I told her the correct and honest amount and as she was counting it out to return to me, she said, "I'm not very good at math (chuckle)."

My eyes grew wide and my thoughts were going a mile a minute:
  • Why in the world is she on the register?
  • How many other customers or transactions has she messed up and caused loss to either party?
  • Why is she speaking death over herself and celebrating her weakness?
  • Who hired her?
  • Is she not trained in presenting the positive?
  • Wasn't she trained to perfection before being released as a cashier?
  • And people have the nerve to ask for $15 minimum wage?

Seriously ... my mind was going a mile a minute. I work toward and teach principles of excellence. Everything I produce isn't perfect I know, but I continue to work on things as necessary because continued growth is the only guaranteed path *to* excellence.

This is the problem I have with minimum wage, unions and organizations such as school districts that pay everyone the same based on some system. Everyone doesn't have the same competence as everyone else so why do they all get paid the same? It's not logical at all. I'm able to garner the fees that I garner because of my difference and competence in my area(s) of expertise to date. A year from now, I'll be worth more per hour than I am now because I'm constantly learning more, breaking through in new areas that were previously blocked and adding more skills to my toolbox that set me farther apart from the average mass.

The same day I had the above enounter I read this headline from Tucson's newspaper, The Arizona Daily Star:

Pima Community College: Most local high school grads need remedial help

and the subtitle:

Nearly 90 percent of local grads entering PCC are deficient in reading, writing or math.

That's a shame. And they want $15 an hour as a minimum wage. How do you deserve $15 an hour if you can't read, write or count? Minimum wage was set up on the theory of possessing basic competence with no college education or specialized training required. If you're deficient in RWM, you're below minimum competence and therefore, by minimum wage's own principle you shouldn't really expect to be gainfully employed.

It's interesting that as a certified teacher, you can't make enough to support more than one person without a graduate degree. On top of that these days you can't even get a job in many places without additional education to receive some type of English as a Second Language or Structured English Immersion certification.  These are things that increase competence - and should increase ability - but don't afford you an increase in pay unless you're in a district where having that certification puts you in the minority. And that's getting an increase for your difference.

I haven't always believed this way. Up until a few years ago I was in the matrix and was happy-go-lucky understanding that I'd never make more than $60K a year after 20-something years as a teacher. My mind wasn't renewed until I got fed up with someone else determining what I could I have, do and what my income cap would be. Being homeless will do that for you. I got to the point where my eyes opened to see that money was being made and transferring hands daily and all I had to do was enter the marketplace with a product(s) that met a need. Once you enter the marketplace there's no more limit to your income potential.

Minimum wage and income caps aren't my destiny, and I truly doubt that's yours. If you're in the matrix and want to get out make up your mind to exit and schedule a call or book a package today. In 15 minutes or so I can pinpoint the areas that are holding you back from where you want to be and give you strategies to leap over those walls and succeed.

If you desire to be extraordinarily successful you must become a servant of others. Particularly someone who's achieved what you want to accomplish. The reason is simple - someone who's at your same level or lower cannot promote you. Learn more in this video below and also in chapter 10 of my book The Basics.

The Pit

No one likes the pit. I know I didn't. However ... the pit is a great thing. Really it is.

You finally come to the place where you realize you need help, must ask for it and receive it. It's desperation. You're fully drowning and need a lifeline or you can't continue. That is a wonderful place to be.

YOU took yourself to a place of failure. Linking up with the wrong crowd - naturally and spiritually - contributed to your downfall, but it was your decisions that put the spade into the ground and pulled the dirt up and out of the hole every time. I know from firsthand experience so no ... I am not being harsh. I'm telling you the truth and the truth sets you free. I'm a witness.

The pit is the perfect place for those in a cycle of failure because you have to look up to see the light of day. It's the revelation that you're so low that the next stop for you is looking like death - and you may not come back from that. It's being at the end of yourself and that's your first marker on the path to deliverance.

Cycles of failure are hard to get out of until you admit you need help. They're like being in a whirlwind going around and around, with everything up in the air and you having no idea when it'll all come crashing down.

How do you know when you're in a cycle of failure? Look back over your life in chunks of three, six, nine and 12 months to identify areas of decrease. If one area shows up in two or more periods, it's an indicator that your current process is ineffective. Another way is to look at your goals. If you're consistently not meeting your daily, weekly and monthly goals something needs to change. Successful individuals and organizations regularly monitor their productivity. If you incorporate this process into your life or business, you'll begin to experience an upswing.

If you're at the end of yourself and are in the pit or have identified cycles of failure that you need to overcome, schedule a call or book a session today. I have strategies that will put you on track to living your destiny.

I Know Myself

I know myself as a person and as a teacher and mentor. I know what I can and can't do. I know what I'm willing to do and not do.

I explained before that mentees need to know what they want before I'll even schedule a phone call with them. That's reasonable. Logical. It's a common business and life practice that successful individuals employ. When they know what they want, I assist them in mapping out a path to get to the Promised Land.

I recently met someone interested in mentoring and I determined after some communication they weren't ready for what I do. In my thinking that was the end of the chain of emails, but they asked why I believed that. Man ... that could speak about relationships. You know how one person keeps charging forward, attempting to establish something that the other doesn't deem possible.

Access to a connection is a test. One of my tests for potential clients ends as soon as they fail to follow free wisdom and instructions given. I believe strongly in the principle that if you're faithful in little, you can be trusted with greater. That being said if you can't do the simple, you're not ready for those uncomfortable changes that save lives. That's what I do. I save lives. I'm not the Savior, but I give the wisdom that stops mentees from perishing for lacking it.

This is part of my life's work because a few years ago I was one perishing for lack of knowledge. I had to submit my life to four different mentors in order to be lifted out of the pit of despair. I submitted, listened and learned well enough that now I'm pulling others out.

If you're ready to turn your life around - and I mean sick and tired of being sick and tired - schedule a call today. If you're so ready that you refuse to live another day in the mess you're in, book a package and begin to elevate.
